Bipasha Basu was born in Delhi, grew up in Kolkata and now is based in Mumbai. She wanted to be a doctor since childhood. She pursued science for Plus 2 but did her graduation in Commerce, as doing all those horrid rat dissections made her faint. Then she planned to do Chartered accountancy, but fate had something else in store for her. She met Mehr Jessia, one of the famous supermodels in India, in a hotel in Kolkata and she compelled her to participate in the Famous Ford Supermodels Contest in 1996. She won the contest at 17 years of age and the rest is history. Bipasha Basu went on to catwalk for all leading Indian designers.
After winning over people's hearts through modeling and advertisements, she did the famous video 'Tu Meri Mehbooba' for Sonu Nigam's album, 'Kismat'. In 2001, she started her film career with 'Ajnabee' followed by Vikram Bhatt's 'Raaz' (2002) opposite Dino Morea in which her portrayal was greatly appreciated. In the same year she acted in a Telugu Movie, 'Takkari Donga', opposite Mahesh Babu.

Ayesha Takia (April 10, 1986; Mumbai, India) is an Indian Bollywood actress.
Ayesha Takia was raised in Bombay. She claims that she grew up speaking English at home and had to learn Hindi for her film roles. In 2006, Ayesha Takia was amongst the Top Ten on the listing of India's 50 Most Desirable Women Alive, a poll conducted by Zoom, an Indian TV channel.
She has been a photographic model since she was four years old. She appeared in a music video, Falguni Pathak's Meri Chunar Udd Udd Jaye, when she was only fifteen. Takia vehemently claims that her video Shake it Daddy" was indeed a hit. Her video fame gave her the entry into Bollywood. She signed a contract for Socha Na Tha, then for Taarzan: The Wonder Car. However, delays in making Socha Na Tha meant that Taarzan released first and was therefore her "debut" film. Most of her films have done somewhat poorly at the box office so far.
